V1.0 Changes:
Security Fences All Around Grove Street
A Guard's house near the main entrance
A gym on top of guard's house
3 enter/exit gates, 1 entering gate & 1 exit gate
sprunk, soda & snack machines in front of sweet's house
chille dog cart under the low bridge
defence towers fron Area 51 all around he perimeter
stairs to sweet's house's roof for easy access to hydra
and a few other changes
