exit the building ( just walk/stand to the lift door )
Installing :
replace txd in gta3.img file ... with my txd files ( use imagetool or ultimate editor )
put my cleo files into your cleo folder ( this is for teleport bring you to there )
copy/paste LAn2.IPL (in my "map" folder) into \data\maps\LA
The mod was great , i like it, thank you sir. 
it crashes my game when i go near the building with the jetpack, and there isn't any trigger.
