This mod replaces misc.txd in your GTA_IV_HUD folder, and you'll have some cellphone themes (background)in your phone! Its like Gta 4, but not the themes from gta 4... cos i dont play the game and i dont know how they are  Im using the Whiz phone.. and edited it!
