Mod Description:
With this mod you can freeze/unfreeze time by typing TIME (8463) on your cellphone.
Installation:
Put the TimeScript.vb into your Scripts directory. (default: c:\program\rockstar games\gta iv\scripts)
You will need the HazardX's .Net scripthook
