This makes time stop like in midnight club 3, when the car stops in midair and you can move the camera around, I actualy like this mod alot since MC3 was my favorite game, Press O to activate press P to deactivate, and you can also use this to see how Cj really reacts in crashes, or while hes falling down, kinda funny actualy when you slow down his bike crashes =D
