Higher /dpi/resolution.

Thought he looked kind of pale so darken the skin tone.

I wanted to give Niko a new look. So I changed his hair to have blond highlight. I also smoothed out his complexion some to give him a more youthful appearance.

This is my first attempt at this so while I appreciate comments please go easy on me
