This mod is a 'swap' if you like of the SWAT model and the Army model. The army guy will have the SWAT model with the Army textures (I'm sure somewhere there is a mod somewhere that does the opposite, army model on swat texture for swat)
Installation is easy. Open gta3.img with IMG Tool and replace army.dff and army.txd with my ones.
