Description 
Some peds updated for GTA SA converted from IV.
San Andreas peds with GTA IV parts (hats)

Replace .txd & .dff in gta3.img with any img tool

Lol... i just realized how stupid I was. The arms always looked this bad. Now they just look out of place because the hats are awesome. :D

I tested it yesterday and saw some really messed up things. The woman with the burger hat is fine but the other ones show seams and got their arm texture removed or something which looks really bad.
