I've completely played through the game with my mod and eliminated any obvious bugs and further balanced some missions (such as Big 'n' Veiny). Unless anyone finds a bug or I find a way to change rampage gang weapons, this will be the final version.

a (hopefully) completed version will be up asap; just need to finish playing the game to make sure the weapons change when they're supposed to before and after certain missions. enjoy the screenshot until then.
