dude you could fix the bug were it crashes on water if you replaced the vortex instead of the caddy and the engine sound would be better but other than thas awsome mod 9 out of 10 ysohnul commented over 15 years ago: If its ok with u i would like to put this mod into a mod im making i will give u full credit etc.

Mmm, the water crash is probably in the handling file. Is it finished? too bad I dont know much about modding(just simple stuff like clothes) but its looking good. where can I use this speeder in singleplayer? This is my first attempt and I must say nobody has been willing to help so far, I thought by posting it I might get a response!
Known issues-
1-There are no doors so when you enter the vehicle you go 'through' the side.
2-Occasional crash when hitting water?
3-No steering wheel (yet).
4-Shadows aren't quite right.
5-Collission needs some work.
Is there a way to change the engine sound?
