What it does: Each time CJ gets into a vehicle his wanted level drops by one. Version 2 makes it so the wanted level doesn't drop if he enters the same vehicle he was just in. It also won't drop from 1 to zero.
I thought it'd be a little more realistic to shake the trail of the cops by switching cars. So, each time CJ switches cars, the cop trail goes that much colder.
Note: Still working on a way to check for if a cop is around, so the wanted level wouldn't drop then.
