install:

SparkIV> Browse> Pc/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img > edit , touch import buton, select f_y_street_2.wtd > open > save and close >finish.

Hi, with which software did you create some model like that pls? I want to create a rastaman in GTA IV to replace Niko but I don't know with which software!

How are these created? Can you direct me to a good guide? You did a very good job with this one. I'm wanting to create a model for Glenn Beck. I'm also happy to pay an experienced person 50 US dollars to create a Glenn Beck character.
