Modded Features:
Lots of specials: vehicles, teleporters, armories, garages, new unique jumps, pirate treasure, etc.
Extra gang territories in SF & LV for Gang Wars.
Mutant Bikes, Auto-Exports, raining aircraft and some tweaks. Restart Traps are back - if CJ gets busted or wasted he spawns in a spot that won't allow game continuation.
New creation process - original script and map files, all changes added with cleo mission.
