here is a good mod i made, it come with the joker vehicle and handling.

How to install the mod: first you need img tool.
go to gta3.img in the models folder, then open it then replace the banshee. Either find the banshee or spawn one

if you dont have a vehicle spawner then look at the pictures it shows you where it is.
