This will make it where Grove st gang members will hate all other people, i am still working on it a bit but so far they hate all other gangs, cops, medics and firemen. However, they dont hate prostitutes and some civillians, yet...

 This was made for the GTA SA Cleo 3 Army mod i just made, i like seeing grove st and my army kill everyone  Im not as mean to people as you think, meaner lol

installation

You can go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data and replace ped.dat with the one i gave you


or


go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\data

open ped.dat with notepad

Replace the team 2 line and the one below it with this:

GANG2
 Hate GANG1 GANG3 GANG4 GANG5 GANG6 GANG7 GANG8 GANG9 GANG10 COP FIREMAN MEDIC CRIMINAL CIVMALE CIVFEMALE
 Respect GANG2
