This mod will make you able to spawn a Ballas gang member near you. You can use it as a part of your gang or kill him and
spawn them and kill him again and again for three times to start a gang war. You can kill him quickly by shooting his head
or cut his head with sword. It's going take a long time to kill him by shooting or hitting his body. Spawn by pressing '9'(not NumPad).
