So its skins then, what you need to do is to cut specific facial parts off the skin you want change over E.g tommys eyes, mouth, nose etc must be cut copied and resized to fit claude. with dff i think you export the dff head and then import it to the chosen player model. My huang lee skin was made by cuting several facial parts from the artwork made for chinatown wars

lol sounds confusing ! but what if you want to like put tommys face on claudes ? get back to me asap that is very handy. ive only just fot my GTA III Back onto my computer and i still remember how to do mods i used to do thing like mafia skins or ghost or black ghost on MS paint or paint shop pro lol just tester back then though.

Do you want to make new face skins or do you want to make heads of specific people. if you want to make heads then you have to use a DFF editor im not good with dff editors im still learnin myself hence i never released dff mods

I will have a look at both of ur skins when i get home its good to see there is a few extra mods released for gta 3 my pc motherboard died recently so i couldnt mod (got a new pc yestrday so i need to get tools back) i got a huang lee skin lyin around on this site check it
