Hi People !
I created a Hawaii style Dwayne today.
If you want install it, do the following settings:
Open your GTA3.img file with Imgtool or any other img editing program, found in your SA Root folder/models/gta3.img
Click the button F2, than type 'dwayne.txd', than extract it, and open it with Txdworkshop and imort the pic you downloaded, save it.
Than go to imgtool and replace the dwayne.txd with the one you extracted before.
Now do the same in Cutscene.img, just find 'CSdwayne.txd' .
