I made a texture for Schaeft's 2003 Ford Crown Victoria, the credit for the light effects go to BxBugs123 (policecarmods). This is a South Carolina State Highway Patrol skin for the FCV. You will need to have CLEO installed, and a flashing lights CLEO mod from SAEsandy or another modder for the lights on the vehicle to work. To install the vehicle just use San Andreas Mod Installer (SAMI) or IMG Tool.
