This is a re-textured skin of C.J., he sticks out more in the game than ever before. No matter if you get FAT, RIPPED, or SKINNY the texture will stay the same  hope you enjoy.
Basic install: put all the files i include in the .RAR file and put them in player.img using IMGtool.
