The suit is in the game, but I guess it's only in the PC version. For some reason some of the suits are different in the PC version.

does anyone know where the three piece suit Niko is wearing in this pic came from? i know its not in game, what mod is it from? I really want it. It looks super badass. It looks like the Quantum of Solace suit mod, but I don't think it is.

It's difficult to tell what's different from the pictures, but from seeing it in-game the metallic parts of the weapon seem to be more detailed, while the wooden furniture looks much the same. It's subtle, but I think it looks nicer.
