Description 
This script holds a max velocity of 10mph when you are holding the key that you prefer (Up Arrow by Default)...

It´s useful to drive behind the cars and hold the same speed than the other cars in the city...

You need GTAIV .NET Script Hook V0.86 BETA...

Well I tryed it but it needs some work. IDK if its only me but when I used it, It seems like the cars handbreak was down. Like the car skidded all over the place and left tire marks behind it. :breadfish: :bbq: :rampage: :die: :r*:
