Instructions:

Easy Way:
1.Double Click EasyInstall File And Then A pop up will Click Install Mod.
2.Go To Your text folder (located: "sa_dir>text") and replace american.gxt with mine included.

Manual Hard Way:
1.Open your IMG Tool and browse your gta3.img (located: "sa_dir>models") and find bloodra.dff and bloodra.txd, right click and click replace, replacing can't do two, you need to do one by one.
2.Go To Your text folder (located: "sa_dir>text") and replace american.gxt with mine included.
