Description

Hi Everybody... again. Do you want to play as claude from gta 3 in vice city but you don't want to tamper with files in gta3.img? Well if this is the case download this mod and you can play as claude. It isn't as good as claude skins that you do have to tamper with in gta3.img but it was the best I could do.

Have you tried taking off the read-only in the properties box?
