um, you extract the t-shirt texture from the game, apply the wanted texture on it, and stick it back into the archive. if done correctly, it'll work, personally I don't like making clothes mods because they tend to glitch a lot

This simple mod replaces the aztecas gang members with the ammu-nation merchant, helena (army girlfriend) and some psycho guy (the archive file is named psycho, so i don't know...).
I've just picked those peds, seeing as how they are in camo, boots and with shaved heads (the ammu-nation merchant is anyway ;-) )
