My second mod, I extracted it from gta3.img - enjoy!
It replaces the nitestick that is carried by cops, so if you kill cops you get a cool skateboard. Unfortunately you can't ride it though.
Since this is an unedited copy of Rockstar's work, you can do whatever you please with this mod.
