made by my 12 year old son like my other mod: easy way to starfish island. this will move a bridge that goes from where the Washington hospital is to around where the docks are, down south of Vice City making the bridge go from next to the heliport near where the cornel's boat is, to the boatyard. (The original bridge spot will not have the bridge there anymore)
