Press INSERT + 1 to activate multiplayer menu

Requirements:
Cleo 4.3
Tested with Cleo 4.1 (incompatible)

If you leave the area or type "off" it will terminate multiplayer.
It's a free mode deathmatch, no timer, or kills but Luigi will appear.
More AI gangs added such as vagos, and fewer ballas even health and armor pickups. Don't worry about getting 200 kills of Luigi because it's a work in progress.

Since I can't create slothbots for MTA in map editor, do this for single-player with real AIs. This will bring multiplayer in single-player, AI are mostly have snipers, beware! Luigi bombs will explode if you kill Luigi or someone else killed Luigi, it will give Luigi kill counter.
