In a nice day ! I found Shadow for people mod GTA Vc from here :

) so I put "shadow.asi" into Asi mod loader version for gta vc ) ( to work for both : online VCMP and offline)
->> now enjoy ! shadow work for both : gta vc offline and gta vc online )/vcmp
->> Install : extract or put all to gta vice city folder
*Caution:
- if gta vc offline using MVl(maxo's vehicle loader) so player will get Two shadows -> XD !
