The UCS (Underground CarShow) is a thriving safehouse for car fanatics, a relaxation center for mechanics, and a trading hub for car thieves. You, the player, are the proud member of this organization, and its abstract leader's right hand. People seek entry for months, but some of them are up to no good. The Petrolheads, a chaotic, leaderless gang from San Fierro, have always harassed the UCS members on the street. They once were an avoidable nuisance, but it now became a dangerous obstacle. It's time for you to act.

Installation
Unzip the archive's contents into your "GTA San Andreas User Files" folder, and play it from DYOM.
