There's actor will kill you instantly when you spawn them close to you, mostly bikers but I don't have any bodyguards yet so here is the hotkeys. You maybe need the max armor and max health from the save file. But the iusse is that the strippers don't kill you again when your already dead, they just run away.

N + 1 = Bikers
N + 2 = Beach People
N + 3 = Other Man
N + 4 = Strippers
N + 5 = Strippers (invincible)
