If you need a simple in-game handling.dat editor for GTA IV and EFLC, look no further. This tool lets you seamlessly edit 40+ parameters without leaving your game. This is possibly the only tool (besides IV:MB Gearbox) that lets you edit gear ratio parameters.

First version only lets you to edit stuff in game, one vehicle at a time. Future releases may include option to export parameters to file. Have in mind that in-game handling data IS NOT a plain copy of handling.dat file, so some values may be different.

COMMANDS:

HOME - Activate / deactivate
ENTER - Apply new value
BACKSPACE - erase
UP/DOWN - menu navigation
END - restore old values

Mouse can be used to navigate, as well

Keyboard keys can be changed in mbhandling.ini
