So after managing to extract the LCS Mobile (Android) files and getting some tools to work, I decided to port some things to VC. Result isn't the worst, but I didn't see anyone doing anything similar to this, so after porting I went "Hey, I can release this to the public, because I don't care ._." So here it is.

This mod includes:

LCS Animations (ped.ifp only, more to come for sure)
Toni in Casual outfit, uses better quality textures from Android version
LCS Landstalker, with original textures
LCS Wheels, higher quality from Android version, they just look too good
