This 100% Save Game is more than being 100%, it has neat features added such as the Tear Gas spawn and Avery's black stretch spawn.
You also spawn as Mercedes, this can easily be reverted by picking up any clothes. All features listed below.

Instead of a Sentinel, an Infernus spawns in Sunshine Autos
Instead of a Voodoo, the normally only with cheats/during mission obtainable Romero's Hearse spawns next to Auntie Poulet's house
Two random cars spawn in front of the Ocean View Hotel, moved from the gigantic Hyman Stadium parking
The only during mission obtainable Spand Express is parked next to the building site (Location of the mission Riot)(replaces Oceanic from Ocean View Hotel)
As seen in several missions, the Squalo will now always spawn behind Vercetti Mansion (replaces Packer spawn on the airport)
Avery Carrington's unobtainable black Stretch will spawn on the building site where he gave his missions
The police car parked on the side of the road south of the Downtown Ammu-Nation is replaced with the FBI Rancher
PICKUPS
Camera from Martha's Mug Shot spawns in the building you take pictures from (Vice Point Langer) (Pick up replaces the Katana in the mall which is unreachable after Cop Land)
Tear Gas respawns behind the VCPD HQ in Washington Beach instead of the Grenades (like in the first PS2 version)
The annoying-to-reach Minigun pickup in Little Haiti's drug processing plant is moved to the northern guard tower in Fort Baxter
