In case you don't know what the Tommy is, it's a car from GTA LCS that was scrapped. It was a myth of how the car would look (there were only textures remaning) until it was finally confirmed of how it looked. The model was found by the GTA Community when the iOS version of GTA LCS: 10th Anniversary Edition came out.

Because of how LCS uses the VC format, I just made some quick conversion. I am aware of the broken features of the car (such as the big wheels, etc.) but I'll be fixing them later on when I'm not busy 24/7.
