This is a Romanian Translation for GTA San Andreas. It is, of course, intended for Romanian speakers.

All of the text in the game has been translated, with some exceptions:
-Brand names (Pizza Stack, Sub Urban, etc.)
-Most car names (Bullet, Cheetah, Sentinel, etc.)
-Spanish or otherwise foreign lines and names
-Most character aliases, with the major exception of The Truth
-Gang set names (Grove Street, Front Yard, Seville Boulevard, etc.)
-English expressions that can't be accurately translated, such as 'drive-by'

Redundant help messages, such as the one that reminds you how to shoot in the final mission, have been replaced with trivia about cut features and missions of the game.

I am aware that there is another translation out, but in my opinion, that one is... not very good. You'll find that this one is more adequate, and more on par with the very well done VC translation.

INSTALLATION

0. (Optional) Back-up the 'spanish.gxt' file in the 'text' folder inside the game folder.
1. Extract the archive's contents into your game folder and replace when you are asked to do so.
2. Start the game, go into 'Options', then into 'Language' and select 'Spanish'.

Aceasta este o traducere in romana pentru GTA San Andreas.

Tot textul din joc a fost tradus, cu cateva exceptii:
-Nume de marci (Pizza Stack, Sub Urban, etc.)
-Majoritatea numelor de masini (Bullet, Cheetah, Sentinel, etc.)
-Replici sau nume in spaniola sau alte limbi in afara de engleza
-Majoritatea poreclelor personajelor, o exceptie importanta fiind The Truth
-Numele cartierelor gastilor (Grove Street, Front Yard, Seville Boulevard, etc.)
-Expresii in engleza care nu pot fi traduse corect, cum ar fi 'drive-by'

Mesajele de ajutor inutile, precum cel care te invata cum sa tragi in ultima misiune, au fost inlocuite cu informatii despre chestiile scoase din joc.


Sunt constient ca mai exista o traducere, dar in opinia mea, aceea... nu e prea buna. O sa vezi ca asta este mai bine facuta, si mai aproape in calitate de traducerea foarte buna pentru VC.

INSTALARE

0. (Optional) Fa o copie dupa fisierul 'spanish.gxt' din folderul 'text' din folderul jocului.
1. Extrage continuturile arhivei in folderul jocului si inlocuieste cand iti este cerut.
2. Intra in joc, intra in 'Options', apoi in 'Language', apoi selecteaza 'Spanish'.
