Description
This MOD uses CLEO 4 (up to version 3.16) & tested using GTA SA 1.0 original script ("main.scm") file.

The "RC_spawn.cs" file should be in the \CLEO folder!
The "RC_spawn_&_weapon.fxt" file should be in the \CLEO\CLEO_TEXT folder!
The "RC_weapon.cs" file should be in the \CLEO folder! <| OPTIONAL |

The "RC_weapon.cs" can be use only with the "RC_spawn.cs".

The original game shows RC vehicles only during the "ZERO's" missions. This mod can spawn these vehicles anytime during the game (only after the "Introduction") & control them remotely, literally ride on them & drive or use it as a bomb! You can spawn these RC vehicles in an exterior or interior, on-water or in-air or while on mission or not. Spawning is not allow for the ff:

 - during all of the ZERO's missions
 - the "Beefy Baron" mission
 - during some other missions & places (see below)
 - while driving any vehicle
 - while on jetpack
 - during cutscene or
 - there's an existing spawned RC vehicle.

RC's "spawn keys" are not available or you will be forced to "Exit/End RC mode" during the above mentioned events.

 - Press & release the [`] & [1] keys simultaneously will show the three available modes for RC vehicles you want to spawn.
 - Press & releasing the mode number key (1, 2 or 3) will show the available RC vehicles you can spawn one at a time. Press 0 (zero) to go back one menu level or press [`] or [TAB] keys to cancel the displayed menu. Displayed menu is automatically "OFF" after 10 seconds (SA time) if no key is press.
 - Press & release the number key that shows before each RC vehicle's name. The vehicle will spawn at the player's position.
 - Press "Enter/Exit vehicle" key anytime to end & exit RC mode. If you had selected mode 1 (Remote) or 3 (As bomb) you will be positioned where the spawning started from. If mode 2 (Ride-On) had selected you will be positioned at the last location of the spawned RC vehicle. Except on some missions that you will be warped to a different place. After which the RC vehicle will disappear. If you exit RC mode 2 (Ride-On) while in-air riding a flying RC vehicle a parachute will be provided.

When a spawned flying RC is present, pressing [B] key once will instantly boosts its speed to 100 kph each time you press the "accelerate key" ([W] or [up]). Pressing [B] key the 2nd time, the boost speed is 200 kph. Pressing the 3rd time will revert to normal speed. With a spawned land-based RCs, pressing [B} key will accelerate at a slower speed so it can move up on a stairway.

Unlike in the "ZERO" missions where the RCs are limited in an area to operate, this mod can be anywhere in San Andreas. Word of caution; not all PEDs/vehicles can be killed/destroyed by the cloned minigun or minibomb attached to an RC vehicle especially during missions. The "molotov-effect" or the "self-destruct" (As bomb) weapon may be use instead to be effective.

All spawned RC vehicles are set to bullet-proof, fire-proof, explosion-proof, crash-proof & carjack-able-proof. These immunities can be set in "RC_spawn_&_weapon.fxt" file except the FP & EP which are always enable. It can be edited using an FXT editor or Notepad. You will be forced to exit RC mode when the vehicle is wrecked or sunk or you're wasted or busted. You can also disable the text boxes display tutorials.

Spawning on-water is of two occurence. One is if the water has definite depth spawning will take place at the bottom. From there you can "Remote" or "Ride-on" the vehicle. If the vehicle can move fast enough it can come out from the water. Going back to the water w/o sinking is not possible though. Number two is if the water has indefinite depth or you are in-water but not swimming (not floating) the spawning will take place on the water surface. If you're fast enough (pressing the "keys") a flying RC can take off from the water surface.

While in mode 2 (Ride-On) you can use the "Spray Garages" to repair RC vehicles or to suspend wanted stars or do a driveby.

I've intentionally separated the optional script "RC_weapon.cs" providing RC vehicles' weapons. There are much more to improve or modify regarding this. I am sorry, this is the best I can do for now.

A spawned RC have these types of weapons:

 - The first type of weapon differs between land and flying RCs. Land RCs has the ability to create a molotov-thrown effect of radius 10 damage. Using flying RCs uses the RC bomb of radius 25 damage.
 - The second type of weapon is the same to all RCs. A minigun is attach for the RCBANDIT & RCCAM, two miniguns for the RC Choppers, 4 miniguns (2 front, 2 rear) for the RCBARON & none for the RCTIGER (mini tank) but all are capable of firing the minigun's capabilities. Except that it is set to a slower rounds-per-minute (SA time) & a faster M4 sound.
 - The RCBARON will now has 3 type of weapons including the default machinegun which uses the "primary fire" key to activate.

 - Pressing the [Primary fire] key for "self-destruct" if mode 3 (As bomb) is selected
 - Pressing the [LSHIFT] or [RSHIFT] key for the first type.
 - Pressing the [Secondary fire] key for the second type of weapon.
 - Pressing the [Primary fire] key for the rear second type of weapon installed only in a spawned RCBARON.

You should re-configure the two [SHIFT] keys dedicated only for this mod because firing the first type of weapon mentioned above sets-up both [SHIFT] keys.

The RC bombs are fired approximately 4 rounds-per-minute (SA time). With the RC choppers drop the bombs vertically while the RCBARON shoot the bombs to the rear & both exploding on impact at an object or ground or water. Or will auto-explode when a bomb is 50 meters away from a RC chopper or 75 meters away from a RCBARON that fires it.
The 25 radius damage is as powerful as a plane or heli explosion!

There's a bug when firing the spawned "RCTIGER" in mode 1 (Remote). A MINIGUN(?) sound will be enabled w/o stopping until you reload or restarted the game! That's the reason why the "RCTIGER" is not available in mode 1 (Remote). The "RCTIGER" & "RCBANDIT" have collission problems. The gun flash of the minigun is delayed when firing if the vehicle is in motion.

This MOD is not compatible with other "*.cs" scripts that uses the ff. global variables; $12712 to $12720.

 Events or places that RC spawning are not allowed:
- All exercise GYM interiors.
- All fastfood interiors.
- During "Catalyst" mission.
- In "Just Business" mission after coming out from the Atrium interior.
- Inside the hijacked Shamal plane during the "Freefall" mission.
- Some areas during the "End Of The Line" mission.

 Activation keys are disabled during the above said events.

Include the ff. to the "Events or places that RC spawning are not allowed:". Spawning keys are still active in these events: - Inside all weapon's stores - All Race Tournaments including 8-track & Dirt Track - Kickstart Sub-Mission - Burglary Sub-Mission Spawning is allowed but you will have to exit RC mode before the time expires that says "you have to get back in/on to your vehicle"!
