New police interceptor for VCPD. I took black and white color scheme (panda car) as one of the most spread in USA. I don't like green scheme of VCPD cruisers or real Miami Dade police. As bonus you get undercover cop car too. It has hubcaps and changeable color and replaces vice cheetah. Both cars have 6 extras.
