Hughes 269 , replaces Sparrow in the game , but can be used to replace any of the Helicopter in GTA VC. It is completely based on the original Hughes 269 , just with a slight change with the engine. I think I left some bugs in the vehicle , which will be fixed when I redo the Vehicle next time 

 How to Install 


Get IMG Tool or similar software
Open gta3.img
Search for sparrow.dff
Right Click and click Replace and locate sparrow.dff from this mod
Search for sparrow.txd
Right Click and click Replace and locate sparrow.txd from this mod

A slight texture bug
The Door going inside the Helicopter
