This mod is a reskin of the original.
I realized that the original texture for this mesh was slightly unfinished feeling so I edited the texture to clean up little mistakes rockstar left untouched.
 Hopefully these aren't such an eyesore as the vanilla ones for you.
just use TXDworkshop or IMGTool

Peace take it easy and stunt on some ballas in these hi-tops for ya boy.
