Radar replacement tools; 2013 - X-Seti - Regex/Swoorup


Edit the radar.png with MSpaint or Paint.net

1. Use RadarGenerator.exe to split the images into 1296 png tiles.

2. Edit Generate_txds.bat script to set the folder path for png images of radar.

3. Run Generate_txds.bat to recreate the radar.txds

4. Add the new radar txd's using Img Factory.exe to the RadarTex.img in the models folder.

I am working on a better tool to extract the radar txds from the radartex.img as this set
of tools only imports.
