Introduction:
This is a CLEO mod for GTA Vice city, this mod will give you Eagle ability.



This mod is designed to use with Vice city dream mod.

I have already uploaded VC dream to GTAgarage: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=26592

Install:
put Vice city dream mod into the CLEO folder.

Usage:
On foot: Press look behind key (middle mouse button) to toggle Eagle ability.
In car: Press sub-mission key (Caps Lock key) to toggle Eagle ability.
When Eagle mod is enable, press and hold Jump (Space key) to Fly up; press forward key (W key) to fly forward. Release Jump key for free fall.
