Description

I've just resized the textures for a 64x64 resolution, if you guys know how to edit Effects.FXP(i'm not sure if the name is correct)let me know, this is open source, you can modify the particle choosing a better water texture for example.



You can post it on any GTA SA modding Blogs but don't forget to give credits to FUNCTION - X and me (YHDF)

This mod is not stolen, this is only overdose effects 1.5 by Function X and a custom particle in a 64x64 resolution.

This is Overdose Effects by Function-X, but lowered in quality? I just recently asked for this on here so I'm excited if it is. How exactly have you changed it? Just lowered the size of the textures or did you actually edit the fxp file to change the amount of smoke generated by explosions and such? Either way it'll probably take forever for the mods here to approve it... it took them like two months to approve one of my skins. lol
