This is my current cargrp.dat settings for GTA IV. I had edited it so it is now possible to find rare cars in various places.

This is the result of the mod:

Spawning vehicles:
- Sultan RS: Might have a chance spawning in Middle Park East (especially if you load a savegame in Bellic Penthouse there might be a big chance)
- Infernus: Cruise around Star Junction, The Triangle and Castle Gardens, you might found one.
- Comet: Usually seen on Golden Pier or Union Drive West.
- Super GT: Relatively common on Algonquin, especially during office hours.
- Turismo: Might spawn on Italian and Russian neighborhoods.
- Cognoscenti: Might spawn on Algonquin
Additional Notes: All of the cars now also have chance to spawn in Alderney, especially Westdyke.

Installation:
Replace the cargrp.dat in your GTA IV data folder (... \Rockstar Games\GTA IV\common\data)

P.S. : The mod is not supported for GTA IV EFLC.
