This mod replaces the startup screen, loading screen, and a few other features to make GTA SA look similar to GTA V.

All you have to do is:
 1. Install CLEO 3 or CLEO 4 and Alci's SAAT Gui Frontend.

 2. Copy the files in COPY THIS INTO GTA SA DIRECTORY folder to GTA SAs directory. Replace if needed.

 3. Use SAAT GUI Frontend to add audio file in COPY THIS INTO GTA SA DIRECTORY/audio/GENRL/ into the GENRL file

 4. Run GTA San Andreas with a better GTA V like loading screen and startup screen.
