This mod will make ALL vehicle drivers ignore all the traffic rules.
It means that they will run over a red light, trying to overtake each other, and would likely to hit pedestrians, roadside objects, etc. It will also mean that there will be more accidents.
Installation:
Place the .cs file inside the GTA San Andreas CLEO Folder.
