this mod replace cop outfit to tommy with french swat cloth. To install this mod replace player6.txd and player6.dff in the gta3.img

Gangsta Tommy
this mod replace street outfit. Tmmy wears green cloth, a cap and bandana. The cap and bandana are taken from san andreas. This mod work for player skin setup option so you can create your own skin .
To install this gnagsta tommy model you need to replace player .dff and .txd file inside gta3.img then replace player.bmp in the models/generic folder.
