Intstall:
FIRST DOWNLOAD PREFERED COLOUR
Find your gta iv directory and paste hud.wtd

GTAIV/Pc/textures

Alternatively use OPENIV and import to pc/textures and replace hud.wtd

gives new radar and new crosshair for GTAIV
