Description

I was annoyed about it not spawning on my 100 percent complete save file
but now even everyone can own this big parcel delivery truck ENJOY

Open "'VICE CITY' FOLDER" > "'DATA' FOLDER" > "DEFAULT.IDE" (Open with Notepad) then look for "213, SPAND" and along that line will be the word "IGNORE" change it to "NORMAL" and it will spawn on the streets.

You know it is possible to make the SpandExpress spawn on the streets by changing one word in 'Default.IDE', PM me for details.
