Installation:
1. You need Cleo 3 or Cleo 4
2. Put Don't Steal Police Cars.cs file to GTA San Andreas game ditectory/cleo folder
3. Play!
...

Features:
when you drive any police car you are getting four star of wanted level

when you getting down the car wait 10 sec then it will goes on two stars

if you have 10 lakh rupees you have to pay him officer

and then you near any police officer press m button to pay him 10 lakh ruppes.

then the wanted level goes 1 star.

press m again and you have to pay 10 lakh more to clear wanted level
